Since its creation in 1957 by Charles Huckert, Laboratoire Huckert’s International has been developing and marketing high-performance disinfectants, with remarkable safety for the operator, equipment and natural environment.

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Laboratoire Huckert’s International took a new turn in the 1980s by developing its activity internationally.

We’re now present on all continents. We’re now present on all continents. This development forced the family business to specialise in controlling infectious risk, particularly in the medical community, which is our main sector of activity.

A CERTIFIED ENVIRONMENT

In 1996, the new premises based in Nivelles (Belgium) allowed us to implement a progressive operation system in a controlled environment (clean room).

In 1999, our efforts to guarantee quality assurance were crowned by ISO 9001 and ISO13485 certification. Since then, we have been certifying the total traceability and reproducibility of our Medical Devices and Biocides ranges.

NEW PREMISES…

The desire to meet its customers’ needs and be as close to them as possible prompted Laboratoire Huckert’s International to open facilities in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and in France in the early 2000s.

A new step was taken in 2014, with acquisition of a site of more than 3 hectares located in Wavre (Belgium), on which all research and development, production, packaging and quality control activities are located.

… IN EUROPE AND ASIE

In 2015, Laboratoire Huckert’s International really got a foothold in Italy when it purchased a building in the centre of Umbria.

In 2018, the laboratory acquired a new building in Wavre (Belgique) of more than 2 500 m² au 31 Avenue Lavoisier.

In 2019, senior management continued to consolidate its intention to develop internationally and created an entity in Singapore.

At the end of 2021, the project for a new entity in Switzerland saw the light of day.

NEW PRODUCTION LINES

An extension of more than 1000 m² saw the light of day in 2022. Allowing it to enlarge the storage space and optimise the production area. New production lines are being installed, increasing manufacturing capacity 8 times.

This investment allows us to improve our reactivity. Following the SARS-CoV-2 crisis, we had to reorganise our working methods to respond to numerous requests as quickly as possible without compromising on our quality.

This transformation allowed the family business to have an installation of more than 7500 m². A great development that contributes to the expansion of Laboratoire Huckert’s worldwide.
